About the Founder

Engineering Excellence is the Foundation

I'm Chad Stansel, Founder and Principal Engineer of CodeTek. With over 20 years of experience in software development, architecture, and consulting, I've built a career around one core idea: technology should solve real business problems in a way that is scalable, secure, and built to last.

My background spans the full spectrum of application development — from hands-on coding to leading enterprise-scale solution architecture and consulting engagements. I've worked across startups, mid-sized organizations, and large enterprises, helping teams modernize systems, adopt cloud technologies, and deliver high-impact software solutions.

Before founding CodeTek, I spent years leading application services, consulting on enterprise architecture, and working closely with both business leaders and engineering teams. That experience taught me how to see the full picture — from high-level strategy down to the details that make systems actually work.

In addition to client work, I actively build and maintain my own software products, including developing full-stack applications from concept to deployment. This keeps my skills sharp and ensures I stay grounded in modern development practices, tools, and challenges.
